ASP Group is a buy-and-build group for technology consultancies in data & AI, industrial digitalization and cybersecurity, headquartered in Berlin and Munich. It was founded in 2026 by entrepreneurs and investors with backgrounds at EQT, Princeville Capital, Merantix, QuantCo, McKinsey and QuantumBlack.
Our roots go back to 2016: in AI at Merantix, and in cybersecurity as investors in companies such as Claroty and Versa Networks. Since then, we have built deep advisory and delivery experience across data, AI and the industrial sector. We combine this with many years of private equity and M&A experience in building and scaling platform groups. That combination is the foundation of our strategy.
We help European Mittelstand companies transform their business with data, AI and industrial technology, securely, and help put Europe at the forefront of this transformation. We build and integrate solutions that make them more efficient and guide them through every step.
We acquire established companies in system & software integration, data & analytics, industrial and agentic AI as well as cybersecurity to build a leading platform in Europe - enhanced with hands on value add on organic expansion.
